I called my contact at Hopkins and they said there should be a wiring connector located behind the rear bumper that a trailer connector can be attached to. I have attached a photo you can check out that may help you be able to identify the connector you would look for.
The trailer connector we offer is part # HM40975. This comes with a bracket to attach the connector on your vehicle. When installed this will give you a working 7-way and a working 4-way trailer connector.
You can use a no-drill bracket like part # 18140. This has an included clamp that can be attached to the trailer hitch and eliminates the need to drill holes on the vehicle to attach the trailer connector.
When working with electrical connectors I recommend using dielectric grease like part # 11755. This keeps dirt and moisture out of the electrical connections and helps prevent corrosion.
