4-1/2 inch Rise Ball Mount Recommendation for a 2007 Chrysler 300C Towing Trailer
Question:
Could you please recommend a ball mount? My car is a 2007 Chrysler 300c. I installed your Curt Class III hitch, #13465. The distance from the ground to the bottom of my trailer coupler is 15.5 inches. The distance from the ground to the top of my 2-inch receiver tube is 11 inches. I understand the calculated rise is 4.5 inches 15.5 - 11. The distance from the middle of the hitch pin hole to the end of my car bumper is a little over 7 inches. I will be towing a camper that weighs 1000 pounds empty and 1800 pounds fully loaded. The trailer has a 2-inch ball.

You are correct, you do need a 4-1/2 inch rise ball mount to tow your trailer level. The best option will be the Curt ball mount part # C45240. When used in the rise position it will give you exactly a 4-1/2 inch rise. This ball mount also has two hitch pins so that it can be extended out past your rear bumper if the clearance is needed.
For a 2 inch ball to fit this ball mount you would want the part # 63845.
