The Thule Hitching Post Pro # TH934XTR is a hitch-mount 4-bike carrier that will fit into any of the three hitch types made for your 2012 Honda CR-V.
Do please note that in order to carry more than the two bike maximum for a Class I hitch your CR-V needs to have either a Class II or Class III hitch. There should be a safety sticker on your hitch that indicates it class rating. So long as it is either Class II or Class III you're good to transport up to 4 bikes on this great tilting bike rack.
If you care to add a hitch lock to secure the rack you can use # THSTL2. For a cable lock to secure all the bikes together to the rack, you can use part # e98891.
As for the fit of the two kid's bikes there's a simple way to check whether or not you'll need bike adapter bars to safely mount them on this rack. You'll want to compare the Hitching Post Pro's arm spacing (12-3/8-inches outside to outside) to the open space in the kids' bike frames. If the bike frames are sized/shaped to be compatible with this arm spacing then you're good to go, but if not there is a simple solution, a bike adapter bar # UB01, the Kuat Ubar.
The Ubar connects simply between the handlebar stem and seat post to provide a level mounting surface that mimics a standard adult bike top frame tube. The adapter mates with the carrier arms instead of the bike frame itself. Please refer to the linked video.
