The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver, Class III # 13364 is confirmed to fit All Models of the 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan, including the models with Stow 'N Go Seating. The written installation instructions and an installation video of this hitch are linked to this page for you.
It is important to note that per Curt's warranty, a stabilization strap # 18050 is required for all non-trailer loads, such as bike racks and cargo carriers, used on the # 13364 trailer hitch.
The Draw-Tite Class III Max Frame Receiver Hitch # 75579 will also fit your 2009 Grand Caravan with Stow 'N Go seating but will not require the use of a stabilization strap with any loads. Because it will not require a stabilization strap, this is the trailer hitch I recommend for you. The Draw-Tite # 75579 hitch has the same towing capacity as the Curt and both hitches have a 2 inch receiver.
If you're planning on doing some towing, a wiring harness that will work well for you is the Tow Ready T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118552. This is a custom fit wiring harness for your Grand Caravan and it will install behind the vehicle taillights. If you need a ball mount, I recommend the etrailer Ball Mount Kit for 2 Inch Hitches # 989900 because it will give you a variety of rise and drops and two different diameter hitch balls. I've attached a help article on choosing the correct ball mount for you.
