Fit of Tekonsha # 118273 Trailer Wiring Harness on 2014 Nissan Pathfinder
Question:
I have a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder model S. I know the Tekonsha 118670 will work on my vehicle but would prefer the 118273 as it is the 7 pin. My vehicle has two plug-ins behind the passenger side rear bumper. One plug has 6 3 ontop of 3 and the other one has 2. Will the 118273 fit my vehicle?

The # 118273 from Tekonsha will indeed fit your 2014 Pathfinder regardless of whether it has the factory tow package. Installation is pretty simple, as you can see by looking over the instructions I've provided for you.
If the trailer you're planning on towing has electric brakes, and you'd like them to actuate, you'll also need a brake controller. I prefer a proportional controller for safer, more predictable braking. You can't go wrong with the Tekonsha Prodigy P2, part # 90885. You'll also need the # 3050-P brake controller wiring adapter, which allows you to plug the controller into the connector under the dash.
I'll link you to a vide showing a brake controller being installed on a 2011 Pathfinder.
