Cargo Carrier Available that Can Fit Curt Class I Hitch C11051
Question:
Is there a platform/basket model that is sized properly for this based on weight specs?

We have cargo carriers designed to be used on Class I hitches like the Curt # C11051 that you referenced.
The most popular option would be the Curt Cargo Carrier part # C18145. I attached a review video for you to check out as well. This carrier has a higher capacity than the hitch but as long as you stay under the hitch's 200 lb capacity you would be just fine.
Curt requires the use of their stabilizer strap part # 18050 when using their hitch to carry a non-supported load like a cargo carrier. I attached a review video for you to check for the strap as well.
