Can anyone tell me how much ground clearance there is with a Curt 11265 Trailer Hitch for my 2016 Toyota Corolla. I need to know the distance between the bottom of the hitch and the ground.

With Curt trailer hitch # C11265 installed on your 2016 Toyota Corolla the distance from the ground to the bottom of the hitch will be approximately 9-1/4 inches. It measures 10-3/4 inches from the ground to the top of the receiver opening.
If you want to use the hitch for an accessory such as a bike rack or cargo carrier then you have to make sure the accessory is rated for use with a Class I trailer hitch. Also, with a bike rack, you are limited to 2 bikes maximum on a Class I hitch.
Curt also says you have to use stabilization strap # 18050 when using this hitch for any non-trailer load (such as a bike rack or cargo carrier) per their warranty requirements.
