The Class III trailer hitch installed on your 2014 Acura RDX will work well to allow you to carry 4 adult bikes on a hitch mount bike rack. The trailer hitches we offer for your RDX have tongue weight capacities of at least 400 pounds and Class III hitches do not have the same kinds of restrictions as Class I hitches.
The Thule Hitching Post Pro # TH934XTR you referenced has a weight capacity of 150 pounds, and weighs less than 50 pounds. So overall weight of the rack will be less than 200 pounds when fully loaded. This rack will work well on your 2014 RDX. I have attached a review video of this bike rack for you to check out.
If the trailer hitch installed on your vehicle is the Curt # C13130 hitch, you will want to use a stabilization strap # 18050 with the bike rack, in order to comply with the hitch's warranty.
If you plan on carrying bikes with alternative frames, such as kids' bikes or women's bikes, I recommend using an adapter bar, like # UB01. The adapter bar attaches between the seat post and the handlebar stem. This allows the bike to be positioned more level in the carrier. I have attached a product review video for this adapter bar.
