Trailer Hitch And Trailer Wiring Harness Recommendation For 2012 Acura TSX Sport Wagon
Question:
I am considering putting a hitch on my 2012 Acura TSX Sportwagon. I will be towing a small trailer with a 580 pound motorcycle. I am planning to have a mechanic install it. What would you suggest? Ill need wiring too. Have a nice day

We offer one trailer hitch for your 2012 Sport Wagon.
The trailer hitch that will work with your TSX is the Curt Trailer Hitch, part # C11085. This is a Class l hitch and it has a 1-1/4 inch receiver opening.
The ball mount I recommend is the Curt Drawbar, part # C45521. For the hitch ball, if you need a 1-7/8 inch hitch ball I recommend part # A-80 and for a 2 inch hitch ball I recommend part # A-82.
For trailer wiring, I recommend the TSX ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness, part # 119250KIT. I recommend this kit because unlike the other wiring harnesses available for your vehicle, this kit clamps onto the wiring on your factory tail lights and does not require cutting or splicing into the wiring.
