What you are describing can happen on vehicles when LED lights are installed but there is an easy fix. The problem is that the low power draw of LED lights can make the vehicle computer think that there is a bulb out because there isn't enough power draw. So it will hyper flash or not work properly in some situations.

The solution is to install load resistors, # DI34ZR, on any circuit that is affected. So the reverse lights will not have that problem because they draw constant power but the turn signals/flashers have intermittent power and you will need to install a load resistor on those wires. I have included a link to the installation details for the load resistors for you.
