Does this vent Part# FV802250 Come with mounting screws and putty to seal between roof and vent? thanks

The Fan-Tastic Roof vent fan you mentioned includes the mounting hardware, but no sealant. I'd recommend using the TemPro Silicone Sealant, part # 0160297 to provide a strong but flexible seal between the vent and the roof of your RV or trailer.
