Looks like you are asking about the difference between the Curt trailer wiring harness part # C56225 and the Curt part # C56225.

Essentially these are the exact same harness made by two different companies. Tow Ready and Curt are both excellent companies that make quality trailer wiring harnesses.

Because of that I would go with the Curt since it is priced better.
