Maximum Driving Speed and Removal Procedure of Titan Diamond Alloy Tire Chains on 2013 Toyota Tacoma
Question:
What speed can these be used? How are they removed? Unhook them and drive off?

Expert Reply:
Titan recommends a maximum speed of 30 mph, which is also the maximum speed mentioned in your owner's manual for when chains are used.
I'd recommend using the # TC2323 chains instead. According to your owner's manual, the maximum chain link thickness shouldn't exceed 5mm. The # TC2524 chains you were asking about has a maximum link thickness of 5.5mm.
The installation procedure is shown in the video I've linked, as well as at the bottom of the product description page I've linked. To remove the chains, simply reverse the process. Release the rubber tensioner, and loosen the draw chain. Unhook the green hook, then reach around the rear of the tire and release the blue portion of the cable from the blue portion. Lay the chain flat and drive off of it.
In addition to the install video, I've linked you to an FAQ article about tire chains.
