You'll want to check your Yukon owner's manual for its rated towing capacity since the vehicle can be equipped with different engines, transmissions, etc that will affect its towing weight capability. On the GMC website they state that the Yukon can flat tow another auto IF it is the 4WD version and has the 2-speed transfer case. To be absolutely sure you can contact your local GMC dealership with your Yukon VIN. They can look up the truck to see the exact complement of equipment it has from the factory and confirm the resulting towing capacity.

You will also need to check the manual for the Nissan Altima. Check the index for the topic "recreational towing" or "flat towing". Some cars can require specific preparation steps before they can be flat towed, such as installation of a transmission lube pump. In general a manual transmission car is easier to flat tow than an automatic but the specific equipment on the Altima can affect the steps required to flat tow it. You will definitely want to first make sure that car is towable with all four wheels on the ground. Your owner's manual will tell you what you need to know. You'll also want to confirm the weight of the Altima.

If you find that you're okay to tow the Nissan Altima then you'll need a number of components to safely and legally flat tow it. You'll need a tow bar like the Blue Ox Alpha # BX7380, safety cables, a wiring/lighting solution, and both base plates and a supplementary braking system on the toad.

A popular braking system we offer is the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR which offers wireless installation. Often a high/low tow bar adapter and a wiring extension between the tow vehicle and toad are also required. Each of these items is described in detail in the linked article.

In order to recommend base plates for the Altima we'll need to know its model year and version. Please feel free to let me know that once you've confirmed it is towable and I will be glad to provide a listing of the items you'll need.
