Will 4-Diode Tow Bar Wiring Kit RM-154 Fit a 2003 Jeep Wrangler Towed Behind a 2001 Chevy Suburban

Im assuming this can be used to wire a 2003 Wrangler to a 2001 Suburban. True? Thanks.

The 4-diode tow bar wiring kit # RM-154 does fit your 2003 Jeep Wrangler. Since the 2001 Chevy Suburban outweighs the Jeep it would also be an acceptable tow vehicle.
The diode kit as a 4-Way flat connector and it is likely that your 2001 Chevy Suburban has either a 7-Way or no connector at all. If it came with a factory 7-Way you could use 7- to 4-Way adapter # PK12716.
If the Suburban does not have a connector at all at the back then you can add a 4-Way flat using # C59496.
