We have a couple of different options in terms of trailer hitches for 5th wheel trailers. The Curt Hitch, # E-100, that you have referenced is designed to fit on 4 inch square channel bumpers. You will need to check to see if your bumper fits this description and if it is rated for this application.
I recommend going with a frame mount hitch. The most versatile frame mount hitch we offer is Curt Hitch, # 13703. It can be bolted or welded on and fits C-channel, I-beam, and Box frames. Any welding should be done by a qualified professional welder. I have included a link to the installation details for reference.
