We offer both bumper-mount and frame-mount hitch receivers for use on 5th wheel trailers that can be seen by clicking on the linked page. All have a 2-inch receiver opening. Some of these are bolt-on products while others require welding. For example, part # UF35-946401 from Ultra-Fab is a bolt-on bumper mount hitch, while part # UF35-946403 is a weld-on frame-mount hitch.

I checked the Gulfstream website for bumper/frame specs for your 5th wheel but these are not provided, so you'll want to check your owner's manual or contact Gulfstream with the trailer's VIN to confirm whether its bumper or frame is suitable for hitch installation. They should also be able to tell you the tongue weight (TW) capacity for the bumper or frame so that you can be certain not to overload the hitch. If the frame or bumper has a different TW rating than the hitch you choose, then the lower rating determines the overall capacity.

Since your trailer has an enclosed bottom it may require some modifications for hitch installation. Here again the trailer manufacturer is your best resource to confirm the best way to add a hitch to your trailer.

If you intend to use a hitch-mount bike rack like the Yakima LongHaul 4-Bike RV Rack # Y02476 on the RV then you'll want to be sure to choose one that is rated for use on a trailer. Not all bike racks can be used on the back or a motorhome or trailer. Strong lateral and vertical stresses are found at the rear of a moving trailer and only an RV-rated bike rack should be used. I have linked our main page for RV bike carriers. Two helpful articles concerning RV bike racks are linked for reference.
