How to Measure to See if Pro Series Cargo Carrier Will Clear Spare Tire on a 2016 Jeep Wrangler
Question:
will this rack work on a 2016 jeep wrangler and will the rack clear the spare tire or will I lose a few inches in width?

To determine if the Pro Series cargo carrier # PS1040100 for 2 inch trailer hitches will fit your 2016 Jeep Wrangler and clear the spare you can take a measurement on the vehicle. Measure from the center of the pin hole straight back to the distance required to clear the spare tire. If that distance is less than 12 inches then the carrier will clear the spare. Anything over 12 inches and it will start to hang over the carrier.
I have linked a video review of this carrier for you.
