We offer hitch cargo carriers for both 1-1/4-inch and 2-inch hitches and you can select the size you need for your hitch by clicking on the appropriate filter on the linked page. You want to match both your hitch size and class and there should be a sticker on your hitch that indicates its class rating. The two linked articles will also help you confirm the hitch size and rating.
Hitch cargo carriers are offered in many types - folding carriers and ramped carriers for just two - and you can select the type you need by clicking on the preferred type. We do not offer a 48 x 35 carrier but we do have the 31 x 47 Pro Series Solo # PS1040100 that is shown in the linked video.
If you need a lock to secure the carrier you can use anti-rattle lock # 63232.
