We do have extendable towing mirrors for your 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500, such as # KS62075-76G, but they are manually adjustable. None of the slip-on mirrors are designed to fit factory power extendable mirrors.
The replacement mirrors, # KS62075-76G, have power operation, turn signals, and heat functions. Any features the stock mirrors have that the towing mirrors do not have will be lost. And any features that the towing mirrors have that the stock mirrors do not will not function.
The slip-on towing mirrors # CM10950 are not a fit for your truck but for a 2004 we have # CM10800 and # CTM1500 that fit black-capped and chrome-capped models but will not full-chrome models. I have linked videos for the towing mirrors for you.
