In order to carry two bikes on the roof of your 2004 Ford Freestar, you will want a roof rack, as well as two roof mount bike carriers.
I recommend the Inno Aero roof rack. It consists of the Inno Aero Crossbars # INXB115-2
Inno Flush Feet # INXS200, and Custom Fit Kit # INK211. This is a confirmed fit for your vehicle.
For a roof mount bike rack carrier I recommend the Yakima FrontLoader Wheel Mount Bike Carrier # Y02103. This rack will fit your Yakima crossbars and support bikes with wheels between 20 - 29 inches with tires no wider than 2-1/2 inches. The FrontLoader features a cable lock to secure your bike to the rack. This carrier will hold one of your mountain bikes, secured at the wheels, on your Freestar's roof rack. I have attached a review video of this bike rack for you.
