In a situation like this there are a lot of variables, like bike rack, bikes, tow dolly, car on dolly, etc, so there is no easy way to figure this out. It is going to take a bit of measuring and basically mocking the situation to see if a set-up will work for you while cornering.
Let's start with the tow vehicle. Using the Curt Multipurpose Ball Mount, # D210, and for this example I am going to use our Kuat Beta Bike Rack, # B202-2, the furthest bike is going to be approximately 30-1/2 inches from the hitch pin hole on the vehicle. You will now measure over approximately half the length of one of your bicycles, so for a 64 inch bike, I will use 32 inches. We need to know the distance from this point back to the hitch pin hole. If I am still "smarter than a fifth grader" the distance should be just over 42 inches. I am including a picture which should clear this up a bit if there is any confusion.
Now you will want to measure from the center of the dolly's coupler to the front of the vehicle on the dolly and add 12-1/2 inches. As long as this measurement is longer than the first measurement, you will be good to go.
