Will a fully inflated ST 145R12 LRD trailer tire provide a softer ride than a fully inflated 4.80/12 bias ply tire?

Both tires will have similar PSI ratings, but a radial tire like the part # AM10130 will flex more than a bias ply 4.80-12 tire so it would be a somewhat smoother ride.

Also the tire will be slightly larger so that also will help reduce bumpiness.
