Excessive Movement of Swagman Bike Carrier In Trailer Hitch

i noticed the one in this picture has a yellow sleeve mine does not will this fill the void to take some of the play out. The bike rack has a lot of wiggle up and down even put lock tight on screw that se ures mount to reciever any suggestions.

The yellow sleeve you see in the photo for the Swagman Original 4 Bike Rack, part # S64400 is just the grip they use in our photo studio to hold the bike rack so they can take photographs.
It sounds like you have tried a number of things to tighten the bike rack up in the trailer hitch. One thing you may want to try is a stabilizing strap like part # 18050. This may relieve some of the movement of the bike carrier when in the hitch. You just loop one end over the arms of the bike carrier and then attach the other end to the trunk or hatch and tighten the cambuckle. This will help reduce jarring or wobbling of the carrier.
