Wiring 2003 Pontiac Montana with 7-Way Trailer Connector
Question:
Just wondering if this product plugs directly into the T-1 connection in a 2003 Pontiac Montana? If so, how much wire length comes with the product? I am looking for something like this with at least a 7-pole but I like the option of the 4 pole as well. Thanks.

The Tow Ready Multi-Plug T-One Connector Assembly, part # 20135 is a replacement for Chrysler, Jeep, Freightliner and Mitsubishi OEM trailer connectors.
For your Montana, I would recommend using Curt Connector, part # C55355 in conjunction with part # ETBC7 if you are wanting to install a brake controller. The Brake Controller Install Kit, part # ETBC7 includes everything necessary to install a brake controller, as well as the adapter to convert the 4-pole provided by part # C55355 to a 7-way.
If you do not need the entire install kit, the adapter is offered as well as part # 37185.
If you don't have a brake controller yet, you can't go wrong using the Tekonsha Prodigy P2, part # 90885.
I will include links to the parts I have recommended as well as installation instructions for the Curt connector. I will also include a link to our brake controller installation guide that you might find helpful.
