Hitch and Ball Mount Recommendation for a 2007 Mazda 3
Question:
Good day, I have a 2007 Mazda 3 5 door/hatchback as seen in the video for the trailer hitch using part number 24816. I would like to purchase the trailer hitch #24816 but I need to know which tow ball 1 7/8inches will work best with this trailer hitch. Also which Adjustable Ball Mount will go best with the trailer hitch #24816 and the tow ball that you suggest. These items are for my jet ski trailer. Thank you for you assistance.

The Draw Tite hitch part # 24816 that you referenced has been confirmed as a fit for your 2007 Mazda 3 hatchback so it would work well for you. I attached an install video.
With Class I hitches you can only use the recommended ball mount otherwise you will void the hitch warranty. The recommended ball mount for this hitch is the part # 3592 and the 1-7/8 inch hitch ball to use would be the part # 19256.
For trailer wiring you would want the part # C56011 if you do not have LED tail lights, or # 46255 if you do have LED tail lights.
