Trailer Hitch Recommendation for 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe that Keeps Full Size Spare
Question:
Re: Draw-Tite #75684 Hitch I read that with this hitch installed on my 2010 Santa Fe SE, there should be no problem lowering and raising the spare tire, but it did not say what size tire. Im thinking that your answer may apply to the 17inch wheels. However, I have the standard 18inch alloy wheels and the 18inch space saver spare. Will the #75684 after being installed interfere with the proper seating of either my 18inch space saver or my alloy wheel/tire when I try to crank it back under the car? Thanks for your help

The Draw Tite Hitch part # 75684 that you referenced has been confirmed as a fit for your 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe and would work just fine with your 18 inch spare tire. When raising and lowering the spare you will need to angle it slightly so that it can fit around the hitch cross tube, but it will work just fine.
Check out the install video I attached as well. This is one of the easiest hitch installs as nothing needs to be lowered/removed prior to installation. A lot of hitches require the exhaust and/or spare to be lowered first, but not this one.
