Recommended Trailer Hitch for 2015 Buick Regal GS
Question:
Hello! Im looking for a hitch for my GS, and I see the few choices: Curt c12115 Draw-Tite 36538 Hidden Hitch 90242 I know theyll fit the regular Regals fine, but do you know if it will mount easily on the GS with a lower bumber fascia without cutting/altering the bumper? Lastly, is there a preference you have as far as the brands go? They all look fairly identical. Will one have more vertical bumper clearance than the others =less ground clearance? I have felt the CURTs to have very good quality in the past, some say better than Draw-Tite/Hidden Hitch. What are your thoughts? Please let me know, Thanks!

We carry hitches from two manufacturers, Cequent Performance Products, who manufactures Hidden Hitch and Draw-Tite and Curt Manufacturing. In terms of overall build quality and the quality of the finish, the hitches from both companies are pretty equal.
I agree with you about the quality of Curt products. That said, the Curt trailer hitch # C12115 is a confirmed fit for your 2015 Buick Regal GS. Trimming of the fascia is required for the Impala models, but not for the Regal GS. We don't have a photo or video of this Curt hitch on a GS, but take a look at the photo of the hitch on the standard Regal and you can see the kind of clearance available.
If you plan on doing some towing the correct ball mount is # C45017. You can use 1-7/8 inch ball # 19256 or 2 inch ball # 19258.
