Yes, the Curt Trailer Hitch, # C11290, will work on your 2002 Honda Accord V6. It requires drilling two 1/2" holes in the trunk pan, but no welding.

This hitch recommends the Draw-Tite Drawbar # 3594 which includes a pin and clip. You would also need a hitch ball, either a Tow Ready Hitch Ball with 1-7/8 inch Diameter and Short Shank, 2000 lbs GTW - Chrome, # 19256, or a Tow Ready Hitch Ball with 2 inch Diameter and Short Shank, 3,500 lbs GTW - Chrome, # 19258, depending on what size coupler is on your trailer.

The wiring harness you would need is Tow Ready Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring for the 2002 Accord by Honda, # 118336, it plugs into the connector on your vehicles wiring harness that is located in the trunk on the driver's side behind a trim access panel.
