You'll need to chose a jack whose capacity is greater than the fully loaded and ready to tow tongue weight of the camper. Going with a powered jack whose capacity is much greater than the tongue weight of the camper is recommended because the jack won't need to work so hard and will therefore last longer. Also, if you're using a weight distribution system on the camper, sometimes you'll want to use the trailer jack to also pick up the rear of the vehicle to put slack into the system so you can remove the spring bars.
The Ultra-Fab # UF38-944017 has a tongue weight capacity of 3500 lbs, and would be a good choice depending on the tongue weight of your camper. As you can see, our customers have provided many positive reviews regarding the jack.
The best way to power the jack would be to use a trailer mounted battery.
