Are there Instructions for the Internal Parts of a Swivel Trailer Jack
Question:
Nowhere do I find how to assemble the pieces to put together the working parts of the jack. The guts.

The reason why you do not see written instructions for repairs of jacks is the internal parts of a typical trailer jack are not end-user serviceable with the exception of the top gears. And with those it is just a matter of removing the old ones and then reversing the process to install the new ones.
The major components that are generally not serviceable are the screw and nut. The nut is fixed inside the jack tube and the screw threads are crimped at one end to prevent over-extension so it cannot be threaded out easily.
The jack in your picture looks a lot like Fulton jack # FXPD15L. These and all other jacks do not require any assembly other than mounting them to the trailer frame. The internal parts are ready to go.
