Which hitch would you recommend for a Landmark 2010 Fifth Wheel - Grand Canyon? We would like to carry our bikes.

As a first step, I'd recommend checking with the manufacturer of your 5th wheel to see if they recommend installing a hitch.
We offer an Ultra-Fab # UF35-946403 adjustable width 2 inch hitch for 5th wheel trailer frames that's exactly what you need. The hitch is width adjustable from 47-1/8 to 77 inches wide, so you'll need to measure the outside to outside width of your frame members. The hitch is meant to be welded to the underside of your fifth wheel, so you'll need to find a welder to complete the installation for you.
The Curt # 13703 would also work if your outside frame to outside frame distance is between 22 and 72 inches, but the warranty requirements of the Curt hitch requires that a stabilizing strap like part # 18050 be used. Since there's usually not a good place for the strap to attach to the 5th wheel, I'd recommend going with the Ultra-Fab hitch.
Due to the fact that a bike rack installed on the rear of a 5th wheel will be subject to much more rattling and jarring that it would if it were installed on a passenger vehicle, it's very important to use a bike rack that's designed for use at the rear of a trailer (not all are). I'll link you to our selection of RV and motorhome approved bike racks.
