Will LED Display of Tekonsha Voyager Light Up Without Trailer Plugged In
Question:
Hello I just purchased a second hand voyager brake controller and after u nstalled should it light up in any way or not until its connected to a trailer?

Once installed, the Voyager brake controller will not show any lights on the display unless a trailer has been plugged in.
With the Voyager controller, it's very important that the controller is leveled properly, or the controller won't work correctly. I'll link you to a copy of the install/operation instructions for you to look over.
