Parts Needed for Brake Controller Installation on 2008 Nissan Armada Without Tow Package
Question:
I currently own a 2008 Nissan Armada, which does not appear to have the towing package ie. no default hitch, does not appear to have correct relays, no brake controller, no pre-installed wiring harness that I can locate. I recently purchased and installed the Curt Manufacturing 13188 Class III Receiver. Now, I need the wiring harness for the 7 pin I believe, brake controller and relays. Can you help me with the proper part list and anything else Im missing? Ive been reading forum after forum looking for the parts/guidance. I have some sort of idea - but none of them are quite the match for the Curt receiver. Thanks for your help. Looking forward to the DIY projects...

To install a trailer brake controller like the excellent prodigy P2 # 90885 in your 2008 Nissan Armada that does not have the factory tow package you will use a quick-connect harness # 3050-P. This plugs in between the controller and the port under your dash as shown in the linked video.
You'll also need 7-way and Relay Kit # N40975 which includes the trailer socket and the three relays that activate your wiring harness. An install video is linked for you.
