Troubleshooting Brake Controller that Doesn't Power On

Question:

Hi I just buy a brake controler for a 2012 dodge ram 3500 I conected with the wire harness you send me an I turn the truck on and no even a light on the brake controler come on and the dash on the truck keep telling me then i have to check the brake trailer sistem is any solution to this problem?

If your Tekonsha P3 Trailer Brake Controller # 90195 isn't powering on when connected to your vehicle the problem is either that the black wire isn't securely attached to a 12 volt power source or the white wire isn't grounding properly due to a bad ground source chosen or that the wire isn't making good contact. If it isn't grounding to the vehicle battery I would try that as well.
