We have several possible frame mounted hitches that could fit your 5th wheel trailer. First, Ultra-Fab has # UF35-946403. This hitch is designed to fit frame widths of 47-1/8 inches to 77 inches. Frame width is measured from the outboard side of 1 frame rail to the outboard side of the other frame rail. It is designed to be welded to an I-Beam, C-Channel, or box frame. Welding should be done by a qualified professional. This hitch is for accessories only, not for towing.
Curt hitch # 13703 will also fit I-Beam, C-Channel, or box frames and it can be welded or bolted on. it fits frame widths for 22 to 72 inches wide. I have linked a video showing an example installation for you.
