Hitch Recommendation for a 2015 Nissan Rogue

Is their hitch that will allow me to install without removing the panels under the Rogue??

The Draw Tite Hitch part # 36542 that you referenced is confirmed as a fit for your 2015 Nissan Rogue and I according to the installation instructions (which are linked), the underbody panel of the vehicle does not need to be removed. But if you watch the attached install video that I attached for this hitch you will see that the panel does need to get removed. Having the panel removed won't affect anything so you would be just fine having it removed.
