We do have several choices for you in a 1-1/4-inch Class I hitch for your 2013 Dodge Avenger R/T with Dual Exhaust. These can be seen on the link provided for you. I checked with my technical contact at Hidden Hitch and Draw-Tite and your dual exhaust R/T is fully compatible with these light-duty hitches.
If your intended use for the hitch is to install a bike carrier, then the hitch I suggest is the Draw-Tite # 24871. Unlike the Curt model # C11133 this hitch does not require you to use a stabilizing strap # 18050, which Curt requires for you to maintain your hitch warranty. The Draw-Tite warranty does not include this requirement.
Installation of the Draw-Tite # 24871 requires no drilling, only temporary lowering of the exhausts for installation. I have linked a complete installation video and a helpful article for you to simplify your installation. You will need only a torque wrench in addition to basic hand tools. All required hardware is included.
A Class I hitch can be used with a compatible Class I accessory, such as a 2-bike hitch rack or a lightweight cargo carrier. Links to both of these product categories are provided along with articles to help you select compatible products that will fit well at the rear of your Avenger.
