I spoke to my contact at Tow Rax and she told me that to install the Mounting Hardware # TWSPWFKW you will have to use a 3/8 inch drill bit and they are the screws and anchors are 1 inch long.

There is no wood that comes with this hardware kit.

The part #TWSPWFKW comes with screws and anchors that are 1 inch long. Ideally your floor thickness would be right at 1 inch thick.
