Carrying Bikes and Towing a Travel Trailer at the Same Time
Question:
Its a 34 foot camper and the water hook up and electric are on the back so having a bikes on the back means you have to take them off before you can hook up not to mention it is adding more length to the trailer when traveling. Ours has the battery box and then the propane tanks then hitch. Also it says it hold 100lbs... is that the bikes plus bike carrier? Thank you so much for taking your time.

The propane tanks or battery box could potentially be in the way of installing the Bike Bunk # CC-275 but I am certain there is a way to get it to fit on just about all A-frame trailers if you use a little ingenuity.
The capacity is 100 pounds total meaning the combined weight of the bike rack you use and the bikes cannot exceed 100 pounds.
Another option is to use a towing bike rack such as # C18013 and a long ball mount like # BH20.
Or you could use multi-purpose ball mount # D210. But keep in mind that when using a towing rack or D210 the weight of the bike rack and bikes AND the trailer's tongue weight all count towards the total tongue weight.
