Since vehicle wiring colors can vary by vehicle the best way to wire up a 7-way like the part # PK12703 that you referenced is by function.
You may need a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 to test the wires of your vehicle to determine the functions before you wire them according to the diagram I attached.
