When installing a powered converter like the # C59236 on a vehicle, people will usually run the power wire along the underside of the vehicle, by following an existing wiring harness as it runs under the vehicle up into the engine compartment. As the wire goes from the rear to the front of the vehicle, be sure to avoid anything that's moving like suspension or steering components or hot like exhaust components. I don't have specifics to offer you, but we have a helpful FAQ article that provides hints and general advice on how to run the wiring to the battery.
You might consider some 1/4 inch ID wire loom to protect that wire as it passes under the vehicle, it's available by the foot as part # 7509-1.
