Trailer Hitch and Wiring for a 2015 Subaru WRX
Question:
Is this hitch fully concealed behind the knockout panel on the bumper when not in use? Details on installation ahead of time to review and pin accessibility info would be very helpful in allowing me to make my decision to purchase.

The Curt trailer hitch # C11408 will not be concealed behind the rear fascia of your 2015 Subaru WRX. The cross tube and receiver will be visible beneath the rear fascia. Take a look at the installation instructions I have linked that shows some pictures of the hitch position.
If you plan on doing some towing the correct ball mount to use is # C45521. For a 1-7/8 inch ball use # 19256 and for a 2 inch ball use # 19258. And for trailer wiring use # C56259.
If you will be using the hitch for a bike rack or cargo carrier then make sure the accessory is rated for use with a Class I trailer hitch. Also for bike racks you are limited to 2 bikes maximum on a Class I trailer hitch.
Curt also requires the use of stabilization strap # 18050 for all non-trailer loads used with this hitch per the Curt warranty. Non-trailer loads include bike racks and cargo carriers.
