Personally I like the Reese (Draw Tite) fifth wheel hitches more than the Curts. The Curt hitches are great hitches, but in our experiences here we have found that the Reese hitches tend to be a bit more durable.
For a 20k hitch that I can guarantee you will be happy with I would recommend the Reese M5 part # RP30928. The jaw design on this hitch is a forged, single-piece, self-latching jaw that wraps around the king pin to ensure proper connection. This design offers superior jaw-to-king-pin contact for maximum security and minimum rattle. Check out the review video I attached for more info.
For a set of fifth wheel rails for your 2005 Chevy Silverado 2500HD long bed you would want to go with a custom install set like the part # RP50064-58 which will minimize drilling and cut install time in half.
Or for a universal fit rail kit that will fit most truck beds the part # RP30035 would work as well.
