Do Anti-Sway Bars for a 2014 Ford F-53 Chassis Replace the Factory Sway Bars

Are these front and rear sway bar replacements for factory or they in addition to still using the factory sway Bar? 2015 Thor Challenger 37KT motor home.

For the 2014 Ford F-53 chassis the anti-sway bar # RM-1139-149 does not replace a factory sway bar.

Anti-sway bar # RM-1139-148 is the only one that are replacements.
