The # RA-17 Motorcycle Wheel Chock is designed to be used along with tie down straps to secure a motorcycle during transport. As long as the straps you're using have the proper weight rating for the 700 lb weight of your bike, the # RA-17 will be plenty sturdy. Erickson offers # EM05710 Ratcheting Motorcycle straps sold in pairs that have a 400 lb capacity per strap. Two straps would more than cover the 700 lb weight of your bike. The CargoBuckle Mini G3 Retractable, Ratcheting Tie-Downs, # IMF103745-86, would work well to secure your 700 pound motorcycle. If at all possible, bolt the tie-downs to the metal part of the frame. If you have attach it to the wood bed, I recommend adding a steel backing plate on the underside of the wood for support.
You could also add some D-rings, like # RR5K, which comes with a backing plate. You may also need adapter # IMF14086 to use with these D-rings.
You could also use straps... view full answer...
Yes, the motorcycle carriers should work but with the 10 inch wheel and tire combination on your Vino, you may have to do a bit of adjustment for the wheels to fit between the rungs of the carrier properly.
I checked the specs of the Vino and it weighs 166 pounds dry weight, so it would weigh about 200 pounds overall. It is 66 inches long overall so you should be able to use the Ultra-Fab Motorcycle Carrier, part # UF48-979033, with no problems.

It will not damage your suspension to leave your Harley secured with the B&W Biker Bar Motorcycle Tie-Down System # BWMC2301. When your motorcycle is secured with the Biker Bar it only slightly compresses the suspension system, unlike other systems that require straps to compress the suspension to hold the motorcycle in place. view full answer...
Yes you could mount a chock such as Rack'Em Manufacturing Removable Wheel Chock # RA-17 to the deck of the K2 trailer # K2MMT5X7 and then use it to transport your BMW motorcycle. I do recommend getting a steel sheet up to 1/8 inch thick to use as a backing plate to disperse the force applied to the chock over a larger area. It would go on the under side of the deck. The Rack'Em chock will work for tires up to 6-1/2 inches wide.

CargoBuckle G3 Retractable Ratchet Tie-Down Strap # IMF18804 is going to behave like just about any ratchet strap.
