Malone does offer a roof rack similar to the one you referenced as a confirmed fit for your 2018 Nissan Rogue if it had side rails. The only way to get those rails added to your vehicle though would be through a Nissan dealer. For a rack to attach to the rails that you'd want the part # MPG216 for 58 inch crossbars or # MPG217 for 65 inch. The kit you mentioned is shorter at 50 inch and is not recommended. They both have tilting capabilities, but the Yakima uses levers to operate the tilt of the mast and arms and the Thule requires you to pull a few pins which will add some time to the process.

To lower your pin box height there are a couple options. First, I recommend adjusting your pin box to the position closest to your trailer if it isn't already. Next I recommend adjusting your 5th wheel hitch to its lowest position. Finally, you can change out your Reese Adapter which isn't a fit for you 2018 Nissan Titan XD for the Demco adapter # DM6200 which is a fit. I checked with Timbren and the distance you are looking for is 11-7/16” from the center of the axle to the front of the bracket that attaches the kit to your frame. Timbren also told me to tell you that this dimension will only be exact if the trailer does not have a load on it. With more weight on the trailer the dimension will increase slightly.
