The correct replacement for a Dexter 13-10 Equalizer is the Triangular Equalizer part # TREQ310, not the Curved Equalizer part # TREQE1. If you want to upgrade, the Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers part # LC279688 would work but you might want to go with a slightly shorter shackle strap like part # TRSL200 or part # TRSL225 due to the equalizer being longer. If the loft on your 2014 Jayco Eagle HT 27.5RLTS does not have at least 5-6" of clearance above the bedsides on your 2018 Ram 2500 then you will need to raise the trailer which if adjustments to the 5th wheel hitch, adjustments to the pin box, and flipping the axle did not provide then you can install a of lift block between the spring seat and leaf spring stack. The Trailair Pin Boxes like the part # LC179879 are compatible with Andersen Ultimate fifth wheel adapters, but you'll need to verify your trailer's current pin box to make sure this is the correct fitting Trailair. My suggestion is the Curt Adjustable Hitch # 13703 along with a trailer/RV approved bike rack. The Curt hitch will mount to any box frame, C-channel frame, or I-beam frame that is between 22 inches and 72 inches wide.
