5th Wheel RV Approved Bike Rack For Weight of Electric Bike
Question:
looking to buy electric bike that weights about 62 lbs. if this rack can not support this weight do you sell a bike rack that will? 2018 jayco eagle fifth wheel.

My suggestion is the Curt Adjustable Hitch # 13703 along with a trailer/RV approved bike rack. The Curt hitch will mount to any box frame, C-channel frame, or I-beam frame that is between 22 inches and 72 inches wide. The included hardware can be used to bolt the hitch to the trailer or it can be welded on for a no-drill application. I have attached an installation video that you can use for reference.
The Swagman E-Spec Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes, # S94FR is one of the few 5th wheel rated bike racks and has a weight rating that will meet the needs of your 62 lb. electric bike. This heavy-duty rack can carry 2 e-bikes up to 70 pounds each and can handle the extra bounce and sway resulting from being mounted on your 5th wheel. Having the proper rating, 5th wheel rated and not just a travel trailer or motorhome is very important. This is to ensure that the rack can stand up to the force exerted on it while being mounted to the back of the trailer.
