You can install a universal 50 state approved catalytic converter on your 2004 Isuzu Rodeo as long as the one you choose has the proper ports and is the right size. You can install a brake controller basically in any vehicle but since we don't have a quick-install connector that fits a 2016 Isuzu N-Series like your NPR you'll have to hardwire it. You'll need to start with a 4-way connector like the part # 119250KIT and then convert it to a 7-way so that you can install the brake controller.

If you are wanting to lock the trailer to your 2002 Isuzu Trooper and you have a 2 inch hitch receiver, I would recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver And Coupler Lockset, part # e99039. This is a set of locks that will lock the ball mount to your tow vehicles 2 inch hitch and also lock the trailers coupler to the hitch ball. Both of the locks can be keyed alike, so only one key is needed for both locks.
